We assist families through home visiting in a variety of ways- teaching child development, parenting, supporting the family bond, connecting to resources, all to support families in raising healthy children.

First 5 Nevada County

First 5 Nevada County's mission is to promote the importance of early childhood development by investing in systems of care, empowering families, and strengthening the community, with a focus on children prenatal through age 5.

The Nevada County Superintendent of Schools is proud to support nearly 12,000 students through a wide range of educational, financial, and student-centered programs. We work in close partnership with Nevada County, local businesses, and nonprofits to create impactful programs — all aimed at providing the highest quality opportunities for our students.

Partnership HealthPlan of California

Partnership HealthPlan of California is a nonprofit community-based health care organization that contracts with the state to administer Medi-Cal benefits through local care providers to ensure Medi-Cal recipients have access to high-quality comprehensive cost-effective health care. Partnership provides quality health care to approximately 900,000 individuals. Beginning in Solano County in 1994, Partnership now provides services to 24 Northern California counties.

Sierra Nevada Children's Services

Sierra Nevada Children's Services (SNCS) enriches the community by supporting quality child care and empowering families to aspire to lifelong success. SNCS is a private, nonprofit child care resource and referral agency that has served families, early childhood professionals, and the community since 1978.SNCS utilizes state funding resources and community partnerships to actively support whole family growth and individualized personal development. As an agency dedicated to working with children and families, we thrive on our ability to provide quality assistance, compassion, and respect to everyone we assist.

Tahoe Forest Hospital

Tahoe Forest Health System offers a wide range of health care services, including 24-hour emergency care, a Level III trauma center, three urgent care clinics, the Gene Upshaw Memorial Tahoe Forest Cancer Center, state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging, and primary and specialty care clinics throughout Truckee and North Lake Tahoe, including the Joseph Family Center for Women and Newborn Care, pediatrics, orthopedics and sports medicine, rehabilitation and sports therapy, an extended care center, home health and hospice, and a variety of community health and wellness programs.
